The case is set to go before the judge April 11th. We are hoping it will all be settled then and we will go from there

A day on which the judge sets aside to review all the evidence at hand.

The 11th was supposed to be a "hearing", in which both parties submitted evidence and offers and attempted to resolve the issue. The april 23rd court date was reserved if the the issue needed to be settled at trial. Is is my understanding the hearing has been dropped, and this case is going straight to trial. Maybe ronnie can chime in and verify.
