Yeh, who the Hell is this PAPTYM that put all the Sex Crap on here. Can't they just Block Him. There's nobody to block him. I don't think there are any moderators left. Maybe it's time for new moderators simply to get rid of the spam crap.  Even if there isn't much else going on here getting rid of the spam would be nice. |

Heard a story today that there are a few guys out there that are willing to take this project on and make it happen and they HAVE THE MONEY to make it happen. Problem being is they want Ronnie out and he wont step aside. They have the cash to make this thing come to life and he refuses to give up the project, does this make any sense to anyone at all? If you are serious about wanting MAR to come back and you have hit a brick wall because no one will bank roll the deal and there is a group out there wanting to make a go of it, well it's kind of like I say to people that drive to slow on the highway...LEAD, FOLLOW OR GET THE F@#K OUT OF THE WAY!!!

Good question, don't have an answer. This came from someone that is pretty close to Ronnie. Maybe they are wanting to use the MAR name and hook up with Dave Hemsath to use the land that he has in Montgomery city and Ronnie isn't willing to let them. Like I said, it was the story I heard and it wasn't the first time I've heard it.

Well, Guy's you all saw that Ronnie wants to QUIT HIS JOB and him and His Wife would have FULL TIME JOBS running MARP. That is why he won't give it up. The BIG Problem besides that is that ALL OF THE ZONING work and related stuff is Under MARP LLC and they would have to start all over again if it is a Different Entity that wants to do it. SOO, If Ronnie won't Back Out of the LLC and let it have New Assignments it is Dead in the Water. The old Adage that you would Cut Off Your Nose to Spite Your Face is what Ronnie is doing. He wanted the Track and the Glory and won't give it up. I have heard that there have been Two Other people that would take it over and run with it since they have the Money But Ronnie won't give up the LLC. MARP IS DOOMED because of it. I don't think it will happen any time with Ronnie being the Road Block. He should be commended for all the Hard work to get this far, But he should also see that it is a DEAD DUCK unless he moves aside. SAD BUT TRUE.

until the matter of the 40k plus judgement against mid America raceway park llc is resolved who in their right mind would come into to the llc and immediately take on that debt! at the present time I have to assume the llc has no assets or the attorneys would have pounced on them.that does not mean they are not laying in the weeds and watching for the balance sheet of the llc to improve. imo they did not go to all the time and expense to obtain this judgement to just forget about it!
