I'm sorry guys, that you knew more about the tracks current status then I did!
I 've only been a member a week on this forum, and its not very clear about the status. (People are jumping around like crazy on here.) I just got a MAR Schedule flier, says bracket racing starts June 2nd. Is this still current?
Yes I expected just a little more… Maybe some dirt moved around, or maybe just a bulldozer sitting around? I understand these things take a lot of time and work, and with a lawsuit goodluck, bye bye time. I live just 30mins down the road, Have heard all kinds of rumors about the track in the last few months: They already have the land and started working on it, got the layout set up. They got a big gravel parking lot, and some blacktop too. They got concert poured back before December. There's a new lawsuit and its all not going to happen now. All just rumors… Sorry if I wanted it to be further along! I'm excited for it to open, and for some place to start spending our weekends!

Good evening every one. We have been getting things done that you cant see yet like some shows for next years racing schedule of events. And been having a lot of meetings going over this years stuff. We will have a new track scrubber by Wayne's Industrial Service, Grand Prairie, Texas. It will cut our track clean up time by 70%!! Cara at Dyer Rental sent the meeting up for us last Friday night. Meet with Steve Garrett owner of Wayne's Industrial and the Vice President of Power Boss Industrial Cleaning Equipment Troy Hanne. Rodger and I was sold on the Track Scrubber, it will be a great asset to mar park. And Thank You Cara for the Dinner very much! We also are going to get the score boards in 2 or 3 weeks!!! We also will be doing some work out at the track site in a few days. Also had a nice meeting with Kurt Johnson of LUCAS OIL RACEWAY (Indy) about doing a racing series next year with us. Ronnie is just trying to let you guys know that in the absence of being unable to move dirt due to legalities the crew is being productive in other ways.No one in their right minds would risk the investment in moving dirt on an approved/litigated site. Everyone seems to be doing whats in their power to keep this project moving in the right direction. There are always a few Jaggamo's on every board who think their Sh** stirring comments are funny or appreciated but in most cases they are not. dennismopar73 you answered your own question!! Some weeks back you stated that you were far too busy to waste your time here and would not be back why not honor that promise? Thank you in advance Gdog

(quote); dennismopar73 you answered your own question!! Some weeks back you stated that you were far too busy to waste your time here and would not be back why not honor that promise? Thank you in advance Gdog never said I was wasting my time here, nor did I say I was leaving the site ! And as you have seen I do not post much anywhere! my time is devoted to my wife who has issues of her heart,, followed by my grandchildren, then my race car, to put put on the track, so my cup is very full, and yes I still check in here, see what progress is brewing, and by no means am I negative of the endevour . I will at times post as I feel compelled to do so, and when and if I have time to do so, or if I find a post that will spark my interest , such as yours, that's really not needed here either!!! But Gdog you attitude is one that really in question, Read more: marpark.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=news&action=display&thread=467&page=3#ixzz1pOz6koGY
