I can't believe I couldn't make it to this, but a little birthday party-car show-BBQ, with family and friends was also a great birthday present. It was a perfect day for outdoor events. Congratulations to everyone on the ground breaking!

Thanks everyone who came out to our ground breaking event! We had great friends, great food and great weather! Everything was perfect and again we would not be this far without all of your support! Big thanks to Chris Nowack for cooking those amazing ribs and to all of those to pitched in with a dish! It was a great family gathering!
M.A.R Park will not be selling alcohol. You are welcome to bring it in, but you may be asked to leave if you cannot handle your alcohol. We will be a family oriented facility and we hope that you keep respect at all times and of course no under aged drinking will be tolerated.
On a side note, I agree with Falfa! If you don't have anything nice to say, just don't say it. Some of you are being disrespectful and it's not acceptable. We just got done going through the planning and zoning process pleading our case that racers a just one big family and everyone has a mutual respect and now you guys are bickering like your 5 years old. Grow up! Prove what you got on the track not hiding behind a screen name! Thanks, Sarah Hernandez, Ronnie Moss' daughter and M.A.R. Park Business Assistant.

We plan on redoing the website soon so that will probably be going away. In the mean time Shawn will hopefully be cleaning it out soon!

If you think there is negative postings on MAR go on Sikestons forum there is no love with that bunch towards the owner. The Ground breaking was nice I really enjoyed looking down the field where track is going. That should put a smile on anyone's face. I didn't get to stay too long I hope all involved can sleep a little better at night after shoveling some dirt. I'm sure that when the gate opens that first day next year there is going to be a long line

We had a great time at the ground breaking. Good people good food. Nice to see where my family will be racing. MARPARK will be our home track That sounds great. Yes i must say the fact they are building a family friendly track is very important to us.

Was a great day for the drag racing community on Saturday. Chris the ribs were perfect. Thanks to all the guys that helped make this forum work in my absence my hats off to you. The ones that just wined and cried or wanted to start trouble it ends now or you will be booted and blocked. The website and forum will be going through changes shortly and a lot of old content will be deleted so hold tight. I am thinking of making an area for the winers called cry baby corner on the forum where they can meet and cry. I have no problem with people of an opposite view as long as they are not taking that side just to be a dick.

There will be a new tab on the website where the photos will be. I am going to get out to the track and take pics as soon as the survey crew is done putting up the flags. Then I will update the pictures weekly so everyone can see whats going on.

Thanks to all involved. I'm happily surprised that this deal is getting done. I don't race as much as i'd like to, however, it's nice to know there is a smaller track close by where we can come without it being a 3 hour tow.

So is the financing done? Has the paperwork been signed?

So is the financing done? Has the paperwork been signed? So is it any of your business? If you are an investor it is and you already know if not it's for them to know and for you to find out, but here is a hint if the surveyors are surveying and the excavators are excavating and the track is being built there must be an agreement somewhere.
