Hollywood, I hope your survey went better than ours has , We had our nice neighbors to the south trying to stop them from doing the boundary on the 675 acres . But we have got that done now and they will have the track done soon , But not soon enough for me . Everybody is ready for some dirt moving , I have had meeting's with them four time's since the ground breaking and been working about 60 hour's a week trying to get some jobs done that I said I would get done before I started the track. I will be out there till it's ready for car's to make passes down that 4100' of concrete . A lot of work to get done this fall and winter. But with all the help of my friends and family of drag racers we'll get it done if the good lord's willing and the creek don't rise ready for spring time action. Got to go back to work now , got to finish framing a wall and hang some drywall yet tonight and be back up at 3;30 in the morning . Everyone be safe this weekend deer hunting . Ronnie , Track Manger

thanks for the update ronnie.i know you still have to work for a living and make money pay bills.sounds like some people believe you sure live at the track till it's done. not happening in the real world that way

Ronnie just a thought. I know you are a very very busy man. I think you could stop a lot of the talk on here by maybe just doing a update from you once or twice a week. Just chime in and let us know. Just my 2 cents. Thanks for all the hard work.

I have thought about setting up an area just for Ronnie, Steve, and Myself for posting about the track. Everyone could read the posts but they could not respond. It does make it hard to find out new stuff about the track when there is miles of useless posts mixed in.

Great idea Shawn, only track updates would be easier to see what happens, so many people ask the same questions because theres too much to read to find the answers.

If you download the PDF of the Petition I posted, the date at the top is Nov. 7, which is the date the Circuit Clerk (court) received it. It then had to go through the legal process to get served on the County Clerk for the County Commissioners. That date is at the bottom - Nov. 14. They are under no obligation to call him or me or anyone else. I found it by going on CaseNet because I had a feeling this might happen. Shawn specifically asked me to put any news in the "Breaking News" section so I will post a link to the article there. Please respect Shawn's wishes by putting any further comment there. I really don't know how many updates you people need. Looks to me like my dad was on here on Nov. 10 with an update about the survey. Obvioulsy some people have way to much time on their hands. Maybe all you haters can put your time to to good use and actually lend a hand to help instead of whinning and complaining you're not getting an update every 5 seconds.
Ronnie is on here every night reading over what people have to say. Sorry he doesn't take the time to comment on nonsense. That's not his job and he doesn't have time for it. You can't please everyone and that's just part of it. People will talk and that's completely fine with us.
Chance. Seems to me like you don't know how to read or understand. The aticle from Montgomery and Me is an update and you probably read it the same time we did.
It is unsettling news, but we see it as another bump in the road.
Thanks again to all your supporters and to those of you offering constructive comments.
