WOW, Slingshot383 has a GOOD POINT. Need to check out these people and see HOW LEGITIMATE THEY ARE. They want to cause trouble for everybody, They can get it back real easy if you find something and reported to the right places. People in Glass Houses should not throw stones. Don't want to seem vengeful But they Started it. If they have skeletons in the closet, so be it.

Maybe we someone to take some aerial photos of their property, I bet its not as upscale as they think it is. Show the county what kind of people are trying to stop the extra revenue from being put into the community.

At least 4 are facebook friends with each other .

I'm not talking about their weekend play property, I'm talking about their primary residence, are they on the up and up at home. Are they following all the covenents and deed restrictions where they live.

Not yet! But it will be when the temps drop and don't rise above freezing.
That is a lot of heat blankets!

This latest legal snafu has put a hold on any movement of ground , until this gets resolved. The judge may very well side on the M A R side, then the plaintiffs 'could' then appeal that decision, causing even more disruption. The 16 will be the deciding factor, as to how far anything goes forward! What would be sad is if the judge has all of this redone, , go back and resubmit for rezoning, and then to the PZ , then we are talking about several more months well into the spring of next year before any ground movement.

I guess the local people and or business community close to the track would like to ring the necks of the people complaining and the lawyer that is costing more local money to be spent to fight a B.S lawsuit. If I was the in the party of denying the town all this new revenue I would be concerned about some retaliation from the community.

Good evening everyone, I just got home for work. And a reply to Marc about M.A.R. park supporters, yes it would be a good idea to be at the courthouse on Friday the 16Th about 9:00 am to show your support , But PLEASE do not take off work to be there, Christmas is just around the corner but your support would greatly be appreciated. Thank you again ! P.S. Their is no appeal with this type of case they had thirty days to file and they waited to the last day !! so their S.O.L. IF case is dismissed thats it. Thank You , Ronnie track manger
