Hi guys, sorry it took so long, had some family stuff to attend to. The judge said he hopes to have the decision by the end of the year. Ronnie's lawyer is about an hour from here and he will get notification when something gets filed and I volunteered to get the decision and fax it to him so he doesn't have to come down here, so I may know pretty quickly after the judge files it.

Good afternoon everyone , The JUDGE took the case under review and will let us know by the end of DEC. HE did not take our permit to build!!!! We all will have to wait to see what we get for Christmas this year Hopeful it will be a Christmas tree with some pre-stage , stage lights on it witch I would say we are in the stage beams right now and waiting for the pro tree to come down !!!! And anyone that would like to help us sat. or sun. we are going to kcir to pick up some track stuff and we might be buying the grandstands so we will need some help with them!!
