Well, I was hoping to be there late in the game (yeah right mechanical gremlins raised their ugly head) So I got there around 12:30 planning to stay late.

I don't think there is issues with the open time run per SE,, so long as it doesn't interfere with the class timed runs,
Test n tunes, and actual 'working on issues ' should be done on those days,!
working on the cars on a points race day, is usually counter productive, and is usually a set up for what the car will run on that particular day, and weather conditions.

I like the open time runs. Some of us dont have time or, or work schedule doesnt allow us to get there on week nights for test and tunes.

Your right most aren't tuning for Hp or the track conditions ,we are just trying to keep it running to run for all that MONEY and pts . .

They way it looked Sat. to me if it wouldnt have been for the tree acting up it was a pretty smooth day. I had to rerun 1st round of pro 1/8. And in the rerun the sprag must of broke in my convertor. So I was home by 10. But we loaded up and headed out after I broke.

it was a great day,except for the tree,i thought it ran rather nice and enjoyed racing i too had problems as my transbrake wouldnt hold
