We have had no news so far this week, but are still hoping that we will. The judge said he would try to make a decision by the end of the year and we are hoping that he is able to and we get a nice late Christmas present!!

That would be great news if you hear something before the end of year , but , most judges tend to take the holiday season 'off', wouldn't look for anything till after jan holiday passes.
of course ,I figured if something was to be said it would have been before the christmas day!
It's the holiday season!! just start off the new year right!

Looks like the judge didn't throw it out like everybody thought he would. Damn the luck. Leave it to a few city slickers to screw it up for every body. Happy new year to us

The judge could not just throw the case out with out reviewing the charges submitted by there lawyer. The plainif should get a fair trial for the money they spent. Ronnie want's all of the T's crossed and I's dotted before he continues.

If there are any speculation that some thing was done incorrectly it needs to be looked at. I want this track to go thru just as much as the rest of you do, I just don't want more delays down the road and shut every thing down. It is the proccess that Ronnie his crew needs to follow. It is going to turn out just fine.

I have my source's. He ruled on it last week from what j was told. Said its going to court
