If it was a paved area I could see $200.00 a year, but for a grass spot no more than $100.00 Does it get a newly planted tree ?

I was the one that brought up the idea of reserved parking a year ago. I paid $150 a year per spot at GIR. I had two of them. The spots were marked as reserved.

That's the beauty of a free market economy. Price them too high and nobody would buy them.Trees or not.

We started painting the big "R" on the reserved spots to eliminate the signs. There was a 4' sign that you had to drive past to get in that said "Reserved parking in effect. Do not park in spots with a "R". Most of the problems with the signs came from other racers. They would move the signs for whatever reason then when the renter showed up, somebody would be in their spot.
We had 4 spots and on rare occasions had to ask people to move. I think some were parked there because the didn't know about the parking and some thought they could get away with it.
