Good luck! As risky an investment as a race track is a lender would want tons of collateral plus an impeccable credit history plus experience in operating this type of venture. He has none of these! the owner of the property has pulled out of the deal and taken real estate with him, there is still the 40k judgement for unpaid legal fees hanging out there, and Mr. Moss can show no track record of running or promoting this type of business. The sign should be taken down as it is false advertising.

yes from what I gathered at the meetings the banks want a lot of collateral, havent been to any meetings lately,,theres been no meetings since before the car show,im not even sure they have the land as I seen they lost the land somewhere, and they was still trying to find a bank to lend the money,i know its not easy

I saw on the news the other night that one of the guys that was in on building that 60 million doller track(Randalph county) is in slammer in okla waiting to be sent back to missouri for trial for embezzlement on the Race Facility, I think they are talking about that track that Edwareds was in on at the 63 an 22 Location. So that was a shame that would have been a good location of me only an hour away, I really though that one would have work, there was 4 or 5 lawyers in that deal and they wanted money from the people at the meeting I went to over in Columbia, mo so needless to say that left me out, I'm a racer not s Banker, that means I don't have any money. LOL

I did get the latest news over the weekend and know they are trying to get a third party in as a partner, the lease deal is over I guess and now they want to try and buy property in the same vicinity. if no partner comes in it is over with because they found out the banks aren't going to loan anything without lots of up front money.
