July 7,2012 We are having a car show in the park!Awards,good food,Burn out contest!The city has poured a slab just for it!The show is in conjunction with the their celebration.Come out and enjoy the day visiting with fellow racers and car show participants!We will have a large drawing of the track layout!Everyone will be able to check it out. M.A.R.Park where the big ones are!!! BTW we are getting very close to pushing dirt! Hope to see everyone on July 7th.

It is in the city of New Florence park!70 west take exit #175.We will have signs at the exit directing you to the city park! We will also have an air conditioned Toter and trailer for the folks to set in and cool down. The registration begins at 8:00! There will be parking for all the trks.with trailers close by so you will be able to drive your race cars to the park!

I guess I need to learn how to read a calendar. Thought Sunday was the 7th and the car show was then. I guess it's what I get for taking a little vacation from work. Lose all concept of time. If this is what retirement is all about I'm ready.

Just wanted to tell everyone that braved the heat at the car show today, thank you all for making it !!! Hope everyone had a good time!! New Florence was very pleased. Ronnie P.S. A SPECIAL THANKS to DANNY HOLDER for the use of his TOTER and TRAILER!! The A.C. work great !!! Everyone really enjoyed being able to get out of heat once in a while. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
