Yeah. .. I've got three or four people "pressing" me. .. to put the "Old Monster". . back in the Duece, instead of LS or the 406. .. .
I don't know. . . I'm at "Odds" with what to do with it. . .. Kinda want to get my feet wet in the "Boost" thing. . ."again". . this time with a an honest "turbo" instead of a P.C. Right now I'm leaning toward a boosted LS 6.0 stock motor, with some small extra's, and begin the "learning curve" on this "New Fangled" stuff (EFI) . . . .. and this time I'll put a "decent" driveshaft in it. . .<grin>

Efi+turbo would be awesome in the Duece! Im no pro on this stuff but in know a Lil bit and am willing to help!  |

Ole Yeller. .. . is going to be a winter project, I'm afraid. .. ..
Time and money, won't let me do anything on it now, during the race season. However, Moby doesn't ever require much maintenance during the race season. . .. . "We'll See" !!!

Wow Rim......let the shit talking begin..... Just goes to show you the gm guys don't get it. Just look at a big or small block, head bolts open to water jackets and 1/5 to 5/8 inch of thread in top of block for head bolts, small block cheby narrow weak main caps 7/16 bolts or studs no bolts hole counter sunk have to run a cam button, theres a little fire on your fuel you cheby freaks. AND WHO HAD TO TAKE A BAIL OUT none other then OBAMA MOTORS. X line tech I saw 1st hand the junk cheby pushed. Retired ford service mgr can say don't knock them till you take off your blinders and see the rest of the world. |
