According to the NHRA rulebook the only thing allowed in cooling systems is "WATER". I tried Water Wetter but was told that was illegal too.
Ran the Sportsman Open over at Gateway a few years back and still had a little tint of green from the anti freeze I had in it over the winter and was stopped on the return road and was told I was parked until I only had clear water in it. I told him that I flushed it out from being stored over the winter and had put water back in it and he said he didn't care it had to be either rust brown or clear water.
