I really want to see this track this year. My gut tells me it may never happen. Sure missing alot of nice weather to be building because of a lawsuit thats not even a big deal according to others on here. I am pretty sure I read that they still have all permits to build.

Be prepared to be hated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not by me I agree. But Im starting to think I will believe when I see. You never know how the court system will rule. Its a screwed up ordeal.

We are not going to sweat the small stuff. They don't have a leg to stand on and we are ready to go to court. So lets get it on , we have not been told as of yet the judge has said a thing to the county court house. Maybe tomorrow I will here something from the attorneys and if I do I will post it. Ronnie

Yes, the Conditional Use Permit is still in effect, but the problem is that if the judge ultimately rules against MAR, then they will have to undo everything they've done. Ronnie has told me multiple times that they are not letting this slow them down, they are just doing things in a different order. There are other places in this forum where he's written what they purchased at the auction at the Kansas City track. Carolyn Gerding |
