It's to quiet on here.. It's been almost three days since anyone has posted anything. Has everyone lost interest or is it that everyone is busy with the holidays?
I talked to Ronnie, said he went to the KCIR auction and tried to buy some of the equipment there. He didn't come back with everything he wanted but he did come home with some very good stuff and a lot of things that are essential to opening the track. As soon as the Judge gives the green light keep an eye open for flying dirt and gravel. It will be game on then, and the race to get the track open will be in full swing.

It will be nice to have a track close to home, won't miss the drive through downtown St. Louis.

I have been thinking the same thing about the site SG. Been wondering when we would hear about the auction in KC.

Just had the adventure yesterday of running over to Ofallon Ill. around 3pm. All I could think of was, I"m sure glad I'm not towing the car! We were towing over to Gateway one night for a little T&T cruising about 60 in the center lane and some rocket scientist gets on at Hanley comes over three lanes pulls in front of me and locks em up! I've got both feet on the brake with 12 tires locked and boiling smoke, start looking around for an exit strategy and notice I've got an 18 wheeler on my ass doing the same thing. Thankfully the people that were in the hammer lane saw what was going on and bailed out to give both the 18 wheeler and myself someplace to go. Then just as quick as she got on, she crossed 3 lanes again and got off at Florissant Rd. Got on the radio to apologize to the 18 wheeler and he said he didn't know how I kept it out of her back seat, it happened that quick. About 2 weeks later I had some guy run along the side of my trailer and open it up like it had been hit by a can opener and then just drive off. And the cop wondered why I didn't stay around at 2 in the morning for them to show up to make a police report, 70 and Riverview is not the best place to be at 2 in the morning waiting for a cop to show up, so we went back in the morning.

I drive through both. Nothing is as bad as downtown Highway 70 has some really narrow lanes from 170 to Goodfellow, I had someone try to change lanes and cut my trailer off, when they couldnt get between me and my trailer they layed on their horn and flipped off my car on the trailer. *stupid people*
