Chassis Certification's will be on the 17th of March at the track, WEATHER PERMITTING. Gates will open at 8:00 am. If you plan on attending please rsvp by March the 10th. Thank you, Ronnie TRACK MANGER

Hey Ronnie, is Mike Vehige doing them and if he is do you know if he is going to charge his remote certification fee. I mean it's bad enough to get hit for the $150.00 for the cert but if he's doing several of them I think he should do like Dave Lueke does and not charge the remote fee.

I have not run my truck on a track, not sure what kind of times it is going to run. Do all vehicles have to have the chassis certified.

NHRA Division 3 Chassis inspection Info From division 3's website..... In cooperation with our member tracks, we have arranged for NHRA SFI Chassis Inspectors to conduct a number of remote inspection sites throughout the North Central Division. These remote sites are provided as a convenience for racers in need of having their race car chassis inspected/certified. Inspections will continue to be provided during NHRA events throughout the year, through the Division office and with inspectors making individual “house calls”. Any car running 9.99-seconds (6.39 1/8-mile) or quicker in the quarter-mile is required to have the chassis inspected and an NHRA/SFI certification sticker affixed. All sportsman certification tags are valid for 3-years from the date of inspection; pro certification tags are valid for 1-year from the date of inspection. Sportsman inspection stickers are $150; Pro inspection stickers are $200. No additional inspector service or travel fee is charged for inspections completed at designated remote inspection sites or NHRA events. Most remote inspections are conducted on an appointment basis which helps alleviate waiting and congestion. Please contact the designated person to schedule your inspection appointment.
