you might want to talk to Jim Kirby. He use to own a Dick Harrell funny car and his shop is still in Crystal City.

yeah...Temptation sounds familiar..there used to be a website that the car was on, and it said it was a Dick Harrell car, turned into a bracket car and raced in the st.louis area and was now being restored... the site isnt up anymore though.

That might be the 1969 you are talking about.It was blue and is now restored.The car above was Jim Kirbys personal car owned by him.They painted it Dick Harrell colors to match race it under the DH banner temporarily.
