Kind of limits his clientel base by restricting them to have mufflers. If he is going to build a track for street cars then he should say it. Not everyone wants to or can put mufflers on their car, look at what happened with the NHRA they tried and you never hear anything about it anymore. I put silencer cones in my headers and I was checked once at a National event in 1995 and I couldn't tell you how many Nationals I have been to since and haven't seen anyone be tested or have I been tested since so I choose not to run them. Why spend the money if they don't care.

Ronnie called me last weekend and let me know that we have the elevations plat for the excavator finished, permit from the highway department, permit from DNR! The last permit that is still in progress is the core of engineers permit. Everything is staked and ready, they just have to give the final permit for all watershed areas.

The straw and wood stakes are being used for run off control per DNR requirements.

So does this mean the start of construction finally! I kinda doubt that they are ready for construction from a "Financial Standpoint" if they are asking people to "Donate" Straw, stakes, ect... But I could be wrong; I HOPE I'm wrong...
